Use of the product
Brifelo helps hiring teams create AI-led interviews, share interview links, and review structured candidate answers. Customers remain responsible for configuring interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
Workspaces and access
Workspace owners are responsible for members, permissions, interview links, and candidate access. Invitations and interview links should be shared only with authorized people.
Credits and billing
Plans, credits, and limits can vary by subscription. Credits are consumed by started interview time, and access may be limited when credits run out or when an account requires billing attention.
